i have also not been paid yet after 4 requests

i have not recieved payment yet, i have telephoned 4 times and been told the cashback will be sent straight away.the last time i emailed once and now my balance has gone to zero.
what is happening?

As we have taken over the site, all payments have been reversed. The last owner Daniel Dalley unfortunately scammed you out of your money. Your welcome to try and get it off him. Im afriad we would pay you but he has the money and we have nothing, im not impressed on whats happened.

However, now its under new ownership, we are making sure updates are done once a week and payments are sent monthly via 5 different methods.

We hope we can get things back on track as soon as possible.
